I-Medical Staffing’s policy is that your spouse and children
(children must be both under 21 and unmarried) can immigrate to the U.S.
with you as "following to join" after your first four months in
your new home. They must meet the general requirements of the law for immigration
including submission of application, no criminal record, and a medical exam
as part of normal procedure. While I-Medical Staffing pays for your personal
immigration costs, the cost of $250 USD to process each of your dependent
visas is your personal financial responsibility. I-Medical Staffing does,
however, file the paperwork through our immigration partner for you.
